How to Cook Haldiram’s Frozen Lachha Paratha:
1. Tawa (Griddle) Method (Best for Crispness):
- Heat a tawa (griddle) or non-stick frying pan on medium heat.
- Once the tawa is hot, place the frozen lachha paratha directly on it (no need to thaw).
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until you see small bubbles appearing on the top.
- Flip the paratha and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden.
- Now, brush the paratha with ghee or butter (optional) and cook for another 1 minute, flipping it again for extra crispiness.
- Serve hot with your favorite curry, dal, or yogurt.
2. Oven Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the frozen lachha parathas on a baking tray (you can line it with parchment paper to avoid sticking).
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
