At Easyday Supermarket, we are dedicated to ensuring that your online orders are processed and delivered promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping of products ordered from Easyday Supermarket.
We currently deliver to residential and business addresses within postcodes which are accepted at the time of ordering online. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.
All orders are processed within [1-2 business days] after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. In the case of high order volumes or special promotions, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email or phone if there are any significant delays in shipping your order.
We offer the following shipping options:

b) Express Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over $100 (if applicable).
Estimated delivery times are based on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet these estimates, please note that external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays may affect delivery times. Easyday Supermarket is not liable for delays outside of our control, but we will do our best to assist you with any delivery issues.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order through our website or contact customer service for assistance.
a) Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, and the order is returned to us by the carrier, we may need to charge additional shipping fees to re-ship the order. Please double-check all details before completing your order.
b) Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carrier is unable to deliver your order after two attempts (due to absence or other reasons), your package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at your expense or offer a refund for the product cost, excluding shipping fees.
c) Lost or Stolen Packages
Easyday Supermarket is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the delivery has been confirmed by the delivery driver. We recommend providing a secure delivery address and tracking your package closely. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us directly. We will assist with filing a claim where possible.
We offer an in-store pickup option at our Riverstone NSW 2765 locations. Orders placed for in-store pickup will be ready within 24 hours after you receive the order confirmation. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.
Certain items, such as perishable goods or hazardous materials, may have shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations. If your order contains any such items, we will notify you and discuss alternative delivery or pickup options.
We take great care to ensure your order is packed safely, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 02 9672 7698 or email queries@easydaysupermarket.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please retain all original packaging for any returns related to damaged goods.
