Easyday Supermarket Return and Refund Policy


At Easyday Supermarket, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product or an incorrect order.
  • You are unsatisfied with the product quality subject to manufacturer’s warranty terms & conditions.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 5 business days of purchase for ambient storage products, but within 2 days for frozen or refrigerated products.
  • Be in its original packaging (where applicable) and unused.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Perishable goods, including fresh produce, dairy products, meat, and fresh baked goods.
  • Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance."
  • Items with obvious signs of use or tampering.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personal hygiene products such as cosmetics and toiletries once opened.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • In-store Purchases: Bring the item, along with the original receipt, to any of our stores ( Riverstone NSW 2765). Our team will assist you with the return process.
  • Online Orders: Contact our customer service at 02 9672 7698 or email info@easydaysupermarket.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to one of our store locations.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • In-store Purchases: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (credit/debit card or cash).
  • Online Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card) within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please visit one of our store locations. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and any difference in price must be paid at the time of exchange. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, a refund will be issued for the price difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us immediately upon discovery by contacting our customer service team at 02 9672 7698 or emailing queries@easydaysupermarket.com.au. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

7. Sale and Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased during sales or promotions unless they are faulty or damaged.

8. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, we will offer you a store credit or gift card for the value of your returned item, provided it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please bring the gift receipt (if available) or provide details of the original purchaser.
